Returns and Exchanges
Returns
In the event that you receive an item that is defective or unsatisfactory, please return within 30 days of receipt to ensure full credit or refund. If the item does not fit as expected, an exchange can be requested within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition to ensure exchange or credit. Please include the original packing slip and paperwork with the reason for the return clearly noted. Please keep a photocopy for your records. You may receive a merchandise credit or refund for returns within 30 days of receipt of your package. Returns shipped more than 30 days after receipt of original order will not be accepted. Credit card accounts will be credited when the return is processed and will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.

Exchanges
All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment. We regret that the availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will be contacted by customer service.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we will not be able to accept returns nor exchanges on panties and boxer shorts. Returns or exchanges on swmiwear will only be accepted with the original hygienic tab.

Sale Price Adjustments
Price adjustments will be made, per client's request, for orders placed within 7 days of the date the sale commenced. Price adjustments will be given in the form of a merchandise credit only. (For example, If a sale price is posted on January 8th, clients who placed orders between January 1-7 will be eligible for a merchandise credit.) All requests for price adjustments must be made within 7 days of the sale date. Merchandise credits will be processed upon client's request and mailed to the client within 7 days. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt from our warehouse in St. Paul, MN. Ground shipments may take as many as 7-10 days to arrive. We also offer express 2-day and overnight delivery. Saturday delivery for 2-day and overnight shipments is available for an additional $10 fee and can only be arranged by calling customer service at 888-660-6111.

Please note that all orders under $700 will be delivered without a request for a signature release. Should you wish for your order to be delivered with a signature release, please contact Customer Service at 888-660-6111 or customerservice@customerservice.com

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or your personal check. Please make checks payable to Endicott Catalog and Web Sales, ECWS. Please allow additional time to process orders paid by personal check. Checks returned by your bank will be subject to a $37 service charge. All orders will be charged in U.S. dollars. Papo d'Anjo Credit Vouchers may also be applied to your catalog order.

Our website and catalog orders are not subject to sales tax.

Sizing
European sizing must be taken into account when ordering from Papo d’Anjo. As a guideline, if your child is small for his or her age, sizes run true to size. If your child is large for his or her age, we recommend that you order one size up. If you have any further questions, customer service will be happy to assist you.

Since many of our products are made by hand as limited editions, it is quite common for products to become unavailable after initial quantities have sold. Country of Origin
Papo d’Anjo clothing and accessories are designed exclusively at our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. Each item has been made to the highest standards with fabric from the finest mills in Italy, Scotland, France, Portugal, Spain and England. The majority of our garments, many of them handmade, are manufactured in Portugal.

Care Instructions
Care instructions are clearly stated on the side seam label. Some items are dry clean only. For those items that are machine washable, we recommend that you wash them in cool or warm water and do not dry with excessive heat as it can damage the garments.
