Where is my order?
If you have registered and placed an order on our website and want to check the status of your order,
simply log-on to My Account. If you placed your order by mail or phone, please contact us at 1-888-660-6111 between the hours of 6AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday.
Most orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt from our facility in St. Paul, MN. Ground shipments may take as many as 10 business days to arrive, but in most cases they should arrive within 7 days. For an additional fee, express orders can be shipped 2 day and overnight methods (no Saturday delivery for overnight and 2 day shipments).

What instructions do you provide for cleaning or washing my Papo d'Anjo clothing?
Care
instructions are clearly stated on the side seem label. Some items are dry clean
only. For those items that are machine washable, we recommend that you
wash them in cool or warm water and do not dry with excessive heat as it can
damage the garments. Please contact our

Papo d’Anjo, which literally means the belly of an
angel, is a name that was given to a famous Portuguese dessert made from sugar and egg yolks.

Do you ship outside the USA? Customers outside the USA who would like to place an order should contact our customer service department to inquire about shipping costs.
