Gift Boxes
Our beautiful gift boxes are handmade in Italy and are available for $12.00. Gift wrapped orders being shipped to a different address must be placed separately. Your gift message will be hand written on our compliments card. Please be sure to include your message with your order.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns
In the event that you receive a product that is defective or unsatisfactory, please return within 30 days of receipt to ensure full credit or refund. If the item does not fit as expected, an exchange can be requested within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition to ensure exchange or credit. Please include the original packing slip and paperwork with reason for return clearly noted. Please keep a photocopy for your records. You may receive a merchandise credit or refund for returns mailed within 30 days of your receipt of the package.

Exchanges
All exchanges will be credited against original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment. Availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will receive an email or notification by phone. Credit card accounts will be credited when the return is processed and will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.

Papo d’Anjo cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us via an untraceable shipping method.

Sale Price Adjustments
- Price adjustments will be made per client request for orders placed within 7 days of the sale effective date.
- Price adjustments will be given in the form of a merchandise credit only. Example: sale prices were posted on January 8th, so clients whos orders were placed between the 1st-7th of January are eligible for the merchandise credit.
- All requests for price adjustments must be made within 7 days of the sale effective date. For example, we will accept requests for price adjustments between January 8th - 14th. No price adjustments will be given after 8 days from when the sale began. Merchandise credits will be processed upon client request and mailed to the client within 7 days of request.

Shipping and Handling
In the United States, Papo d’Anjo charges the following per address shipped to.


Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt from our facility in St. Paul, MN. Ground shipments may take as many as 7-10 business days to arrive. For an additional fee, express orders may be shipped 2 day and overnight (no Saturday delivery for overnight and 2 day shipments). Please note an available order may not ship until 2 business days following the placement of your order.

For orders shipping to Canada, customers should contact customer service at 888-660-6111 or 651-294-3900 to place their order and confirm shipping and customs charges.

For orders outside the USA, customers outside the USA who would like to place an order should contact our customer service department to inquire about shipping costs. A customer service representative will contact you within 24hrs to inform you of the shipping costs and any possible associated custom costs.

Payments and Sales Tax
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or your personal check. Please make checks payable to Endicott Catalog and Web Sales, ECWS. Please allow additional time to process personal checks. Checks returned by your bank will be subject to a $37 service charge. All orders will be charged in U.S. Dollars.

Our orders are not subject to sales tax.

Sizing
European sizing must be taken into account when ordering from Papo d’ Anjo. As a guideline, if your child is small for his or her age, sizes run true to size. If your child is average to large for his or her age, please order one size up. If you have any further questions, customer service will be happy to assist you.

Limited Availability
Since many of our products are made by hand as limited editions, it is quite common for products to become unavailable after initial quantities have sold. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause. We update our website frequently so please check regularly for new styles and products.

Country of Origin
All Papo d’Anjo clothing is exclusively designed in Lisbon, Portugal. Every item has been made to the highest standards with fabric from the finest mills is Italy, Scotland, France, Portugal, Spain and England. All of our garments, many of them handmade, are manufactured in Portugal unless otherwise noted.

Care Instructions
Care instructions are clearly stated on the side seam label. Some items are dry clean only. For those items that are machine washable, we recommend that you wash them in cool or warm water and do not dry with excessive heat as it can damage the garments.
